First of all, we’d like to welcome back all of our Oconee swimmers who were on Spring Break last week. We missed you at the pool!
This week, the Dawgs will be with Coach Jess all week, as Coach Jonathan is taking some much needed recovery time (coaches need rest, too!) Here’s what the Dawgs can expect this week:
- Tuesday: 30 minutes dryland; 1.5 hours swimming
- Wednesday: 2 hours swimming (combined w/ Superpups)
- Thursday: 30-45 minutes dryland; 1.5-1.25 hours swimming
- Friday: 30-45 minutes dryland; 1.5-1.25 hours swimming (w/ Superpups)
Please make sure you have proper shoes and clothing for dryland. Dryland location and activities will be decided pending weather conditions on Tuesday and Thursday. And of course, you should always come to the pool with your swim equipment, ready to jump in at 5:30 (on non-dryland days). Your kickboard will be especially important this week *hint, hint*.
