The Pups Team serves to introduce swimmers ages 8-12 to competitive year-round swimming. While no swimmer is required to participate in meets, instruction will be geared toward providing a solid background in the 4 competitive strokes. Pups will also learn about such swimming fundamentals as using the pace clock and circle swimming. However, the main emphasis of this group will be on proper stroke technique and good sportsmanship.
