ABSC had a great Long Course season an outstanding 3rd place finish at the 14 & Under State Meet. We hope you had a great break and are as excited as we are at the prospect of starting up with a new Short Course Season.
Please read carefully the information below. Any changes will be sent out via email to the ABSC distribution list. If you're not receiving information and would like to have updates sent by email as well, please contact Jonathan to have your name added to the list.
Events of Note for September
- September 7th
- Senior Team begins practice. All Senior Team Members should report ready for dryland first, swimming after, at 5:30 pm
- September 13th
- ABSC Orientation. All new swimmers and parents are invited to an orientation/evaluation session beginning at 6 pm. The evening will start with an introduction of the coaching staff and orientation. Swimmers will then do a short water session while parents have a Q & A with Coach Humphries.
- September 14th
- ABSC begins regular schedule. Dawgs should report at 6 pm ready for dryland first, swimming after. Gups report for swimming at 5:30 pm. Pups start up on the 15th at their usual time.
- September 24th
- ABSC Red & Black Meet. All swimmers on the team are encouraged to participate. Warmup begins at 5:15 pm; competition at 5:45. Swimmers must sign up by Monday, September 20th.
- September 26th
- Georgia Swimming All Star Banquet at the Gwinnett Mariott. All ABSC Swimmers who registered a AAA time or faster are eligible to atttend. See the Georgia Swimming website for more information.
